Breakfast was a bowl of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios. Good for the heart.
Lunch was a couple of donuts...off to a good day.
Snack was half of a donut and 5 kit kat mints.
Dinner was homemade mushroom and hot pepper pizza.
My journey or should I say journal of what has or will pass through my lips.
