February 9th

Breakfast was a bowl of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios. Good for the heart.

Lunch was a couple of donuts...off to a good day.


Snack was half of a donut and 5 kit kat mints.

Dinner was homemade mushroom and hot pepper pizza.
